The production of SPC flooring seems simple, but the production of high-quality SPC flooring is still challenging.The toughness and hardness of SPC floor are the basic conditions for judging SPC quality. In order to obtain high-quality SPC flooring, these two points need to be considered at the same time. Traditional SPC flooring production uses a mix of CPE135A and ACR to achieve a balance between toughness and hardness, but often because of the different content of these two products, the balance is difficult to achieve,therefore, the SPC floor produced is often unsatisfactory.
To solve this production problem, Homart Technology has developed a new SPC floor additive CM-505. CM-505 is a new technological product upgraded and synthesized on the basis of CM-85, it has better and faster plasticizing properties than ACR with strong interfacial adhesion between CaCO3 particles and PVC resin in order to promote CaCO3 and PVC resin can fully fused together. In addition, It has balance impact strength and toughness property for SPC Floor, the toughness not only can be adjusted freely but also will not influence thermal deformation, dimensional stability and warpage of the SPC Floor.
CM-505 completely replaces CPE135A and ACR with less dosage and lower cost, it greatly improves the quality of SPC flooring and is easy to use. The advent of CM-505 will help the production of SPC flooring all over the world.
