CPE is made from high-density polyethylene,it is a saturated polymer material, the appearance of white powder, non-toxic and tasteless,it is also the main PVC impact modifier with double performance of the plastic and rubber. It can effectively improve toughness and impact resistance and anti-aging of rigid PVC products, to increase the melting point of PVC. Excellent performance as a result of the above,CPE is widely used in PVC plastic profile, sheet, pipe, pipe fittings, waterproof material, wire and cable jacket, seals and PVC plastic.
However, for some products with high hardness requirements, such as SPC floor, wall panel, ceiling, etc., the performance of CPE is slightly insufficient. In order to solve this problem, Homart Technology launched a new product CM-85.CM-85 is a design alternative based on CPE135A performance defects. It is a high-performance material developed by nano-polymerization compound technology. CM-85 is an interpenetrating network copolymer(IPN) with the structure of CPE grafted polyacrylate, its main function is to enhance the impact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promote the fusion property of PVC blend.
