1.PVC Processing Aid CM-88
PVC Plastic products need to add CPE135A to the production formula to improve the toughness of the product, and use ACR401 pvc processing aid to promote plasticization and improve tear strength. But to meet good toughness and strength, it is necessary to add the balance level phr of CPE and ACR. Too many enterprise is difficult to find the balance point can not making the satisfied final product.
CM-88 adopts in-situ grafting of multifunctional groups and core-shell structure, which can effectively improve the arrangement of PVC molecules, enhance the intermolecular force, and make the PVC material structure more uniform and stable. Its toughening effect is better than traditional CPE135A toughening performance, and it can also improve the surface gloss and tensile strength of PVC products, fundamentally and completely solve the problem of "softness in summer" and "brittleness in winter" .
